The Lifter

The lifter is designed to move pallet boxes, boxes, and bins in height and then empty them. The lifter is suitable for virtually all pallet boxes, virtually all sizes of cardboard boxes, and both pallets and wheeled boxes.

The electromechanical drive ensures an even quieter and more reliable design. The lifter features an indirect weighing system where the load cell is included in the reaction arm of the electromechanical drive. This ensures an almost indestructible design so that unintentional loading or collision with a forklift or pallet truck will result in little or no damage. The lifter is manufactured in high-quality stainless steel.

The use of an IFM encoder and SEW drive gives you complete freedom in setting the weighing and tilting moments. Both the deposit height and the number of deposit points are variable. The safety of your personnel is ensured by fencing, light curtains, and clear LED light signals. The lifter can be loaded up to 500 kg net.
